Sugar cravings can often be made to calm down by giving your body water and/or protein. Try 8 ounces of no-sugar, no-caffeine liquid (doesn't have to just be water--chicken broth, unsweetened herbal tea, and water with essential oils or lime juice in it would all work, too) If that doesn't work try a dose of low fat, high protein food. For me, a hard boiled egg is often effective--as well as being easily prepared ahead of time. If these are not practical for you then feel free to private message me or call the office for more ideas.
